1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Savio application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Services

Savio is a financial coaching and tracking tool.

• Not a Financial Advisor: The "Money Mindset Coach" and AI agents provide informational guidance and behavioral nudges based on the data you provide. Savio does not provide certified financial planning, tax advice, or legal advice. You should consult with a professional for significant financial decisions.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific financial results (e.g., becoming a millionaire).

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the paid features and Goal Envelopes. If you are a student user under a University partnership, you represent that you have parental consent if required by law.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Tiers: We offer three tiers: Free (no charge), Saver ($4.99/month or $41.99/year), and Pro ($14.99/month or $125.99/year). Prices may vary by region.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your app store account settings. Auto-renewal can be turned off in your device account settings after purchase. Features will revert to the Free tier at the end of the billing cycle.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the AI chat for unlawful purposes or to generate harmful content.
• Attempt to manipulate the "Goal Envelopes" for money laundering or fraud.
• Reverse engineer the app or its API.

6. Intellectual Property

Savio, its "Kuripot Buddies" community brand, and its AI algorithms are the exclusive property of Savio.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• AI Accuracy: The Savio AI is an evolving technology. We are not liable for errors in calculation, advice, or "hallucinations" generated by the AI.
• Third-Party Products: Savio may recommend third-party products (insurance, credit cards, investment products, lifestyle products and services). We are not liable for your experience with these third parties, even if we receive an affiliate commission.
• Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Savio's liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Parañaque City, Philippines.
